Delivery is remote-first where that is appropriate for the work, with on-site or hybrid engagement where agreed and practical for location, access, and the type of change involved.
Engagements are scoped: service windows, responsibilities, escalation paths, and what sits outside the agreement are defined before operational work expands. Consulting and advisory work is handled as scoped engagements, separate from or alongside ongoing MSP and outsourced operations.
