Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for an active billing period unless a refund is required by law, expressly stated in the applicable service terms, or agreed by PulseTechnologies (Pty) Ltd in writing.

PulseTechnologies (Pty) Ltd may suspend or restrict access to paid services if payment fails, remains overdue, is reversed, is suspected to be fraudulent, or if continued access presents a legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

You use online payment and subscription features at your own discretion. PulseTechnologies (Pty) Ltd takes reasonable steps to use secure payment processes, but no internet-based payment, website, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free.
