These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the PulseTechnologies (Pty) Ltd website at pulsetechnologies.tech.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website.
1. Website purpose
This website provides general information about PulseTechnologies (Pty) Ltd, including managed IT, infrastructure support, Linux and Microsoft environments, cloud migration, technical resourcing, support services, and related business offerings.
The website may also allow you to submit a consultation request or business inquiry.
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Browsing this website, submitting a form, or contacting PulseTechnologies through the website does not, by itself, create a contract, client relationship, advisory relationship, service obligation, or support commitment.
Any services, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, service levels, pricing, and support arrangements must be agreed separately in writing.
2. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful personal or internal business purposes, including to learn about PulseTechnologies’ services or submit a legitimate business inquiry.
You agree not to:
- misuse, disrupt, overload, damage, or interfere with the website or its supporting systems;
- attempt unauthorised access to any system, account, server, database, form handler, or non-public area;
- submit unlawful, misleading, malicious, false, abusive, or harmful content;
- upload or transmit malware, scripts, exploits, or harmful code;
- attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, access restrictions, or monitoring controls;
- scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or extract website content at scale without written permission;
- use the website to test vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- use the website in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Consultation forms and inquiries
If you submit a consultation request, contact form, or inquiry, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and submitted for a legitimate purpose.
You should not submit passwords, private keys, confidential credentials, payment card details, unnecessary personal information, or highly sensitive information through public website forms.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that PulseTechnologies will accept an engagement, provide services, respond within a specific time, or provide advice. Any engagement is subject to review, availability, suitability, and separate written agreement.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Online Services
Certain online services, subscriptions, plans, or platform features may require payment.
Where online payment is available, payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. PulseTechnologies (Pty) Ltd does not intentionally store full payment card details on its own website or application systems unless expressly stated. Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider’s own terms, security controls, privacy notices, and availability.
You are responsible for ensuring that any payment information you provide is accurate, authorised, and up to date. You should only make payments using payment methods that you are authorised to use.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or checkout process, subscription services are billed monthly in advance. Where a service starts part-way through a billing period, charges may be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of that period, followed by normal monthly billing in advance.
You may cancel eligible online services or subscriptions from your company control panel, where this functionality is available. Cancellation will stop future renewal billing from the applicable cancellation point, subject to any active billing period, written agreement, minimum term, outstanding amounts, or service-specific terms that may apply.
Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for an active billing period unless a refund is required by law, expressly stated in the applicable service terms, or agreed by PulseTechnologies (Pty) Ltd in writing.
PulseTechnologies (Pty) Ltd may suspend or restrict access to paid services if payment fails, remains overdue, is reversed, is suspected to be fraudulent, or if continued access presents a legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.
You use online payment and subscription features at your own discretion. PulseTechnologies (Pty) Ltd takes reasonable steps to use secure payment processes, but no internet-based payment, website, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content, layout, branding, text, graphics, service descriptions, design elements, and materials are owned by or licensed to PulseTechnologies (Pty) Ltd.
